Amazing! Will never call anyone else! First worked with this company a few years ago when I needed a simple "side vent" done on my new dryer. A million companies refused to come do it, but NoVA One Step came the next day, charged a reasonable price, and got it done. I'd forgotten that experience when I booked someone else to repair my fridge a few years later. The company I used charged a lot and failed to fix it. A total waste. Fortunately, I remembered One Step who charged a much more reasonable fee to diagnose the issue correctly and gave a longer warranty on the work. Just the other day, I called One Step to repair the garbage disposal, and they told me how to fix it myself in two minutes instead of paying a fee to do a very simply repair.
